One difference I didn't see mentioned about a patio villa on a corner lot. Generally in that situation, TV will give a stretched out lanai to those homes. The standard is a 10'x10' lanai on front. Someone wanting to put a hot tub inside the screen or maybe a table and chairs for eating, you'll have the room and you're sliding glass door will open to the lanai. Here's a corner lot with a 2 car garage brand new for $216K in the Village of Hawkins, looks nice. This home is north of the Turnpike, so it's already golf cart connected.
