No need to look it up I am not looking for an argument. My mistake. 🤷*♀️

We were told in 2008 that the buildout would be completed that year! LOL!

Fenney is just one of many villages in that area. I recently visited the new Everglades Rec Center, and a sales agent I met there told me that I was in Fenney. When I told her that we were not in Fenney, but actually adjacent to the Village of Marsh Bend, she insisted that I was wrong. Some of the villages south of Rt 44 are Fenney, Desoto, McClure, Monarch Grove, Marsh Bend, Linden, Chitty Chatty, and Bradford. These are all residential villages, and Fenney is just one of them.
Wow, I'm surprised a Villages sales agent didn't know. That's pretty bad especially since TV brings the agents together before a new reveal to provide the updated information. At least then did prior to the social distancing.

Oops Just saw the correction, the sales agent knew what they were talking about. Should have taken a step back before responding.

It’s always interesting when folks claim to have all the facts but cannot spell FENNEY correctly.

On the map I see the villages of Desoto, Fenney, Marsh Bend, Linden, McClure and Monarch Grove south of 44. If you look up the neighborhood under the homes search it should tell you. Perhaps on the legal docs it may be different.

I don't understand why everyone is so obsessed with Brownwood, after you live here a year or two you probably will rarely go to Brownwood or any other square. The only time we go to a square is to let visitors see them.

And they are offering custom homes on the north east side of the turnpike off Morse Blvd. They are listed as being in the Village of Bradford

My only advice to potential buyers is to check the price of the bonds. The price of the homes have gone up which is to be expected. The shock is the increase in the bonds.
Somebody has to pay for the huge amounts of infrastructure.

That's because you're obviously not into live music, or going to MVP Health Club and working out, watching college or NFL football games. That's the reasons I like BW, and I also like the French Dip sandwich at McAlister's Deli. Once in a while I like wings, and and unadvertised lunch special at Gators Dockside is 10 wings of your choice, fries, blue cheese and a drink for $10.99, and the all the sports channels on TV.

The road is named after the developer, the Morse Family.

Everyone is different. Before the pandemic, I walked to the square almost everyday. Some of us bought our homes to be walkable or very assessable to a square.
