The area is just west of 301 behind Oxford Land Company and Sherwin Williams. Off of CR-214. Has been in planning for about 8 months. Suppose to start end of the year depending on sales and the new hospital. Providing more housing for expected worker increase at hospital. Part of the attraction for hospital hiring.
Not sure about a stocked Lake, Park yep.

Aren't there two or three villages near the Villages schools that allow families that are built and run by the villages? If so, what are there names?

Family neighborhoods in The Villages are Bison Valley, Spring Arbor and Oak Forest. There are also many options for houses nearby but outside TV.

You can actually be a 19 year old Adult and buy brand new or pre-owned in TV as long as you don't have anyone residing in your residence under age 19--that is a fact

Of course I love telling everyone that fact and yes- some people still don't believe me.

Yep, a lot of rich 19 year olds!
Second, why would a 19 year old want to buy a home in TV?

Parents assist kids with buying houses all the time. Of course, I haven't seen any 19 year old adults buying houses in The Villages. However, I have heard people constantly question why myself and my wife are here and "I was told you had to be 55" to live here.

I did hear today, that someone assisted their special needs young adult (I think 23) a house here in TV. I think the purchase was a smaller home near Spanish Springs.

People ask me almost DAILY "Why do you want to live here with all the OLDER people". Or "Do you really live IN The Villages". I also get "Do you really enjoy living here".

I love older people, most friends are 60 and older (even when I didn't live in a older neighborhood. Yes, I have friends my age- but certainly I love my friends at Water Volleyball, Amigos and Golf.

Yes, I really live here IN TV.

Yes, I LOVE IT HERE!! I wouldn't move outside The Villages. This place is home and it provides so much for such a mixture in hobbies for everyone. You can be a special need child, a disabled man/woman, a young 39 year old or a 104 year old---it just really doesn't matter. What a great place

Up to 20% of the homes in The Villages may be owned by those under 55. No one under 19 can live permanently in The Villages - up to 30 days per year.

Some restrictions still apply. For example, neighborhood pools cannot be used by anyone under 30.

Welcome to anyone under 55. You pay the amenity fees and help keep mine low. Thank you.

This has been going through the normal approval process in the city of Wildwood. It has been on the agendas of several Wildwood meetings.
