To all the other posters wishing me well. I am doing well, that's why I go to the gym 5 days a week. I'm a little slower right now, but that because I tore my rotator cuff April 7th lifting weights and I'm just now starting to do some light weights. I do the treadmill about 70 minutes everyday. I feel good, no worries.

Quite a workout! If I could do half of what you are doing, I would be in much better shape than I am now.
