Hang in there brother! If it helps any just know that there is a fresh batch of Gilly Grog (aka: English Bitter) aging in the bottles waiting for your arrival! Andy and I sampled the fresh beer before being bottled to carbonate and age and we're both still standing so the outlook at this point is good!

Hi A4,

Don't feel guilty about drinking so early, remember it is past 6 o'clock somewhere in the world so anytime is just fine

(Wendy and Andy, I don't promise to be an expert at scones, but willing to give it a try.)

Hi Meredith,

That sounds like a wonderful idea and thank you for the invite, we will be there and don't worry, we are very scone tolerant!

The other good thing is that you are now within easy staggering distance

Default Design meeting

Finally decided on the Lantana. Was shocked all 14 of my requested changes were approved (thanks Jeannie Ulmer). Two foot bump across MBR, LR, Nook. Six foot bump to enlarge the MBR closet across the back of the MBR bath to the outside wall and across through the dinning room, pantry/garage. Four foot bump through Nook, kitchen and pantry (former laundry room) to allow island in kitchen. Also gained a 48" cabinet on both sides of kitchen. Added a work shop (separate room about 10' x 10') behind GC garage. Extended lanai across entire width of back of home and 16' out back. Replaced sliders with French doors in
LR. These are some of the major changes. For those of you who have not had your design meetings, we were allowed to delete the dish washer, oven, refrigerator and microwave for credit. We also moved the laundry and deep sink into the garage. We did home and Summer kitchen design yesterday and bird cage and the area inside the cage today. Tomorrow we pick fixtures, etc. The only request not approved was the elevation D we liked. Seems they have quit mfg the structures required for that elevation since our last visit. Hope to see some of you tonight at 8PM.

Hi everyone,

We know we said it before, but although we managed to get another 6 places for the New Year party These have now been taken.

Can everyone whose 'place' has been acknowledged, please make sure either A4 or we have your email address, so that we can contact you all with menu and other details.

Wishing you all a Very Merry Xmas and if you are in our area, please call in and enjoy a Xmas Drink (or two!)

Best regards from

The Mayors Administrative Assistant Department

p.s. Teri & Teryl, please get back here and help with the organising - please please please please

Andy -
Not everyone has sent me their info to get on the spreadsheet. I did add 3 or 4 people to the spreadsheet over the last few days but I'm not sure if any of them are on the NY party list. I will resend the spreadsheet to everyone that's on it, so if you don't get an email from me and you are on the party list, you can PM me your email address and I'll add you.

Hi Guys
Wow, you have certainly had a busy day and your choices sound great.

Surprised you found the energy to come along tonight but glad you did and really great to meet you.

Welcome to the neighbourhood and we hope you enjoyed yourselves and enjoyed meeting some of your new neighbours.

Batman911 that house is huge! Great that you got all those changes approved. Sorry we didn't get to meet you tonight at Evans Prairie but there were so many folks and so little time. Looking forward to meeting you at some point. For those we did meet, what an interesting group.

Good Luck to all who are closing on old homes and the new ones. Very exciting. We close here in Glen Ellyn IL on Jan 18 and will head for TV on around Jan 28. We are renting a house up in the north TV. But will come down often to say hello to our new neighbors. We have seen pictures of our building site. It is very exciting. Take care. Happy and safe holiday to all. Gayle and Mike

Default Good News

We got some good news from our sales rep today. They have moved our design date up 18 days to January 11th.

We're tired of packing . . . . Can't wait to leave here on the 27th
