Okay...How about this. Janice and I will be at Evans Prairie CC at 8:00pm on Wednesday, December 12 for anyone who wants to do a meet & greet over cocktails. We'll be in the outside lounge area and I'll have a GilBilly sign on the table. That way there will be no confusion...I hope!

Don't worry too much about the tasting. I don't have high hopes for this first batch. The directions weren't too good and I'm afraid I've made too many mistakes...lol! I wouldn't inflict anything on you that I have doubts about but the Gilly Grog is still bubbling away!

How long does it take to COOK UP A BATCH ??
Up here we can get a few gallons of Moon Shine in a good evening

Well, it has to ferment which takes about 6 days to complete, then resting in the bottle for about a week and then aging which takes about 2 weeks so figure about a month until we'll know if I've produced anything that's drinkable. The quality that this has over the 'shine is the aging process!!! rofl This is tough for an impatient person like me!!!!

Gosh--you guys have been way too busy in GillyLand while we're braving the cold and rain up North--we need some sun! Hotrod I hope you're not too exhausted by all the unpacking and entertaining and will have time for a cocktail or two come January. We've been busy trying to tie up all the loose ends of the insurance/furniture/possibly moving some items down,etc. A lot to take care of. Rusty--how's our house? Is it finished and ready for us? We'll be thinking of you all on Wednesday--it's Jim X-mas party so we'll toast as we're missing another fun evening in GillyLand Have fun and enjoy.
