I love your choice- where did you go to select that granite? Are you doing it as part of the original build or after you close?

The driveway party on the 28th sounds like a fun time! I am happy to bring an appetizer and many chairs as I am just next door! Hope to see many faces there and I am sure we'll all enjoy the evening! Thanks for hosting Dave and Meredith!

We got there early because we finally went to Market Night at the square to order our name & address sign for the house (after only 4 months). Anyway, I was starving and I get a message from Dave that they are running behind due to the realtor being late and other delays with the design process.

Andy & Wendy get there on time...no, really!!! Dave & Doreen get there just a little late and we were regaled with the tales of their planning session! To make it short, they asked for everything they wanted and still came in under budget!!

Over food (finally!!) we had some nice conversation and a few brews. We've come to the conclusion that we're gonna keep Dave & Doreen...
One the way home, Janice and I drove by their lot on Luraville Road. They have a really nice lot up towards the end!!

Unfortunately, they have to go back to Tampa tomorrow and we hope that they'll be back real soon!!!

So goes another fantastic addition to GillyLand!!! This place just gets more betterer and betterer!!!
It was fun seeing Janice,Wendy and Doreen at the Market Day last night. We cant wait to be in Gillyland. 6 days til closing.

Default Neighbourhood Watch

Hoping to prevent a repeat of the recent dastardly deed when someone 'borrowed' A4's Golf Cart, little Millie took up guard earlier today whilst A4 was sorting the building crew out.

Although she was sat in the Drivers seat, she resisted the urge to do 'wheelies' around the nearby lots stating "It is traumatic enough for the workers around here under A4's beady eye, without me alarming them as well"

Which astounded Sir John as it was the first time he had heard her speak 'American'.

Default new gilchrist resident

I just moved into Gilchrist at the end of Jan. I am on Hackberry. Is there a mailing list for gilchrist residents or a club set up yet. If so I would love to be on it. I am a golfer and just got my new cart and am always looking for someone to play

Lisa,

How did you sign up for the Bradenton e-mails? Didn't realize they even had them. Can you do it online, or do you have to do it there?

I knew it was Millie who stole my cart the other day. You were pushing and she was steering. When I asked her what she had to say for herself, she told me "No Speak Engolisha" . . . . She's a quick learner
