Geez Bob, you've gotta remember that he's vegan and respect the fact that Jimbo doesn't eat anything that tastes good!!!!!!

Question . . . . You being the premier Pet Store owner of the 5 boroughs . . . . . is there some special product we should be using to clean the critter stuff from the bottom of your ponds and swimming pool?

Hey, don't worry about it. Eat a couple of lobsters for us if you get back down to the coast.
Yea, we do miss you and cathy! Why don't you hurry back on down here??? By the way, you're getting a really nice collection of "critters" in your pond and pool. What should we feed them?????

Hi Edna! We've been here for almost a year now and we love it. I think you'll find Gilchrist a really great community. We have great neighbors and have made many, many good friends in this village! Hope everything goes well with your closing!

Default ***GillyBration Anyone?***

Hi Everyone! It seems like it's been forever since we've had a GillyBration so I was thinking that it was high time to get together and welcome new neighbors and permanent ones to the best neighborhood in TV.

I was thinking about Thursday night, July 18th, at Evans Prairie CC at about 7:00 so people who wanted to eat dinner before the event could have an opportunity to do so.

So, what say ye Gilly's????

My wife and I just purchased courtyard villa in Gilchrist. Any landscaping recommendations for this area. All comments appreciated. We will be their last of July, looking forward to meeting new friends.

It will be good to see you--too bad Jim has to miss seeing you and he's headed north as I type. Am counting the weeks until he returns!

Miss TV and U guys
Travel safe you guys--miss seeing you both around the hood! Enjoy the time with your friends and family and I'll keep a close watch out for those "so called critters lurking in your pond."

Hooray on a GillyBration! We've been waiting for another great get-together. We'll bring some new neighbors who have moved onto Euclid Terrace! See you on Thursday! The Bacons

It's a tough decision to split off the various sections of Gilchrist but it clearly is getting too big for even a small group of people to keep up with.

We started talking about development units 211, 212, and 213 as "Gilchrist West" and the name has started to stick.

Even though most of the people on our spreadsheet are from unit 211 now, we would love to try to create a grouping that includes units 211, 212, and 213. If that becomes too big, we'll re-evaluate.

Sounds like we may need the polo field for a full Gilchrist event but looking forward to meeting new neighbors and keeping people in touch.

Hi Peter,
We are building at 2936 Stepping Stone Path Unit 212-33. how do we get on your spreadsheet?
