Hey can I come with you, we now both R on the injured list.

Looks like Meniscus Tear in my right knee ,
I really don't have time for this stuff.

Need to find a Doc tomorrow if the ice don't work and I kinda doubt it will if it's what I think.

Maybe acupuncture????

Ain't we a pair? On Tuesday I'm going back to the ortho dr in ocala that did my knee surgery in July. I'll get you his name & number if you want. You don't need a referral to see him and he did a great job on my rt knee. I'm afraid this is the same thing and is gonna require a little arthroscopic surgery. We can at least get together and ruminate together over a few beers!!!

Lemme know!

Hi Guys,
Lets look on the bright side, one has a bad left knee and the other a bad right knee, if you tie your damaged knees together, you can both walk using your good knees.

It will mean you both being tied together for a few weeks, but that is not so bad is it?

You could even drink two bottles of Corona at the same time.

Get well soon and let us know how we can help.

Jimbo,

So sorry to hear about your knee. Now that we are all in the "over 55" category, don't you think it's time to quit the super-hero gig and let the younger bucks do the digging, planting, remodeling, etc? Take it easy. Sit back, relax, hire people to do some of the work. You and His Honor are hereby excused from the heavy lifting for a couple of weeks.

Let us know if we can help.

I think we should do what Junction recommended and tie their bad legs together. Then we could enter them in The Villages Seniors Sack Race up at the polo grounds. Our luck it's the same bad leg on both of them and they'll just go in circles.

Cool

I wasn't doing that much heavy work, I was out there mostly delegating directions to 2-3 men all week.

I think what got me was kneeling in the ditches re routing 5 of the main pvc irrigation runs around the location of the new spa/pool.

Walking on very uneven terrain perhaps.

Anyway the ice packs really did help feels 90% better this morning, didn't need pain killers, still want a Doc to look at it.

Need to be ready to complete the work, pool delivery next week.

Don't forget the one legged sack race at the polo grounds. I've put a lot of money on your head.
