Hi BobD and welcome to Gilchrist! Look forward to meeting you this winter!
And Flintstones (love it) you both have your meeting to look forward to and a build soon after! Every day I wake up and wonder what has changed, how much progress is being made and how many new neighbors and friends are added to the mix! It's a wonderful thing! What's not is the fact that my computer crashed and I am now relying on my IPad until I get it back! A little rain as they say... Thanks to everyone for taking and posting pictures! We'll all be settled in soon!

Since Rusty is hanging with his hog buddies, I flew down this afternoon to take some pics, just got back to NY,

I also need to report there was a couple there trespassing trying to use the pool.

Thanks Teryl and Terry for sending me the pics and Jimbo for posting them while Rusty is otherwise occupied with trivial fun stuff! He doesn't know what he's missing though. I bet he doesn't even recognize Gilchrist and Fednandina when he gets back! Probably won't be able to find his house!

Terry and Teryl are my immediate neighbors and were down for a bit. Their design meeting is in Dec just about at close. Guess they were by their lot and were kind enough to take pics of mine! Yep, it's gonna be a great neighborhood! And Anne and Sal! Wow! Surrogate photograpers! I know I will have some payback time once I am down, taking pics for others too! Glad to do it!!! But I miss Rusty too One of these days, we'll all be there celebrating

HotRod: I mean EXTERIOR color...not interior!

HotRod: My bad! Hahahaha! Wow! Not very descriptive! "Tracing Paper" is obviously a shade of white...but "Bonaparte?" That could be purple, red, orange...who knows! I'll just wait until Rusty returns and be surprised when the stucco is finished! Exterior color was one of the hardest things for us to pick out, believe it or not...we knew one shade we definitely did NOT want, but as for the others, it was hard to differentiate between them!
