I'm not quite sure if you're really saying much here as all people are "clothing optional." Most just opt to have their clothes on!

As far as security goes, as this is not really a gated community, I would think it would be wise to still have ADT, particularly sense for a small extra fee they will come over the phone and talk to you immediately if you hit the panic button and this can be very helpful if you are having a medical problem.
