I am standing here on my chair and saying. Good for you Rockin Rhonda, Rockin Rhonda!

Kinda like the commercial .

The kids say. "Good for you Danny's Mom, Danny's mom."

Except it is better than that. I have been there. That :edit: nicotine is SO addictive.

I am so proud of ya!

I"ve said it once and I'll say it again...

Rhonda...

If counting hours/days helps you, then do it. What works for one doesn't always work for another so I say do what it takes g/f.

I'm a smoker but am here for ya and wish I were in you shoes (hmmm...didn't I say that before somewhere?)

Keep it up and stay smoke free!

Rock....

Been there, done that. Don't look back, just look forward to your accomplishments. You'll never regret it once having kicked the habit. Nineteen years and still looking forward for me. Never again.

Keep up the good work, gal....You can do it.

You had better switch to days Rhonda - I'm from CF, this higher math is killing me.

You've got it now!

Hi RR, I have been following your success. I quit in March,2002 and I couldn't be happier. I still enjoy smelling the smoke when I am around smokers but I know I can never inhale again. Good for you, and better yet good for your body. We are proud of you, Johnny & Barbara
