Yesterdays debacle here on TOTV almost made me stressed enough to think about smoking and then I remember coughing in the morning, my closet smelling like smoke, my house, my car smelling like smoke, the smoke smell in the shower when I washed my hair. the horrible films of what happens to your lungs and I decided to kick the dog instead. (DON'T get excited. We don't have a dog. I would never kick a dog. Oh Lord I am sounding paranoid)

I am still going strong!!! I have not relapsed!! I spent the weekend with my granddaughter. 3 days ago I cracked a tooth and have been asleep all day today resting my jaw and recouping a sleepless night. The dentist wanted to pull 2 teeth today, then 6 more, then the whole top and then $30,000 later I would be all set!!! GGRRRRR forget it, the toothache is fading. I have nice teeth, ;D just diminished bone structure. FYI I am pretty good with pliers if I need to be! If you see me gumming it in a few years, be kind! ..... 8 days at 10 pm!!! yay!!

Good for you Ronda! Keep it up!!!! I used to have bad tooth pain. After going through three different root canals, I wanted to try something else. The next tooth that started hurting got me to try using Sensodyne toothpaste. I hated giving up my Crest toothpaste, but I had to see if it would work. The tooth stopped hurting, and I haven't had any problems in three years now. No more sensitive teeth either. Don't know if this would help you or not, but it was worth mentioning just in case.

Sounds like your on the right track.Just a suggestion that might give you a little boost.I had a big jar and every day I would put the amount that I saved by not smoking.It's a great reinforcement and when you reach a set goal you can treat yourself to something nice.Keep up the good work.
