Cauliflower crust does not sound appealing but I am trying to keep an open mind until I try it. Are you that against change ?

As far as vegetables, I dare you to watch Farm to Fridge and then be against them. Farm to Fridge: 12 Minutes to Change Your Life

For those that can't tolerate a REAL pizza crust, it is a welcome substitute.

Default Well...

I happen to enjoy cauliflower in all its forms, even cauliflower mashed potatoes AND I happen to be diabetic so it works for me. I'm thankful the posters either don't like it or most likely haven't tried it. Otherwise there might be a shortage.

We got our first AND last cauliflower pizza last week.

It sucked.

I dislike sausage on pizza. Plain cheese pizza with maybe anchovies, in solidarity with my son and late mother-in-law. Or pesto, green peppers, pine nuts, feta & olives, no tomato sauce.

And I don't care if the crust is bread dough or cauliflower. I like them both.

Now I'm hungry.

You said "discuss." Were we only supposed to "discuss" if we agreed with you?

Tried pizza with cauliflower crust once and didn’t care for it. But would try it again at another pizzeria if it was offered to me just to see if their version is better. Wouldn’t pay for one again.

We have had Flippers pizza and thought it was pretty good.

Waiting for the end of social distancing and will try Giovanni's like their regular entries and they seem to sell a lot of pizza.

Have not been to NYPD but they seem to have a large following.

Every time I've tried cauliflower bread or cauliflower mashed potatoes it taste like..........CAULIFLOWER.

I try to limit my intake of carbs and especially wheat, but cauliflower just does not do it for me.

I'm judge pizza by the type of crust it has. The less the better as far as I'm concerned. I'd never order Chicago style or deep dish pizza.

I grew up in Boston where pizza had a medium crust. I don't mind New York style which has a very thin crust, but to me, it's all about the sauce, cheese and toppings.

What bothers me is when there is a huge border of crust without any sauce or cheese on it. We got a pizza from Papa John's, which usually is acceptable (not great) and there was an inch and a half of crust on the perimeter. I throw most of that away so a large pizza becomes a medium.

But no cauliflower please.

NYPD is good. I've never had Giovanni's pizza but I like their other dishes.

Pizza from New York is a soggy undercooked overpriced abomination.

Everybody knows real pizza comes from Chicago.

PS The only decent pizza in the tri county area is Belleview Pizza. Be prepared to wait in line and bring cash.
