Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays to all who read and post on TOTV. Your words of wisdom, advice and humor bring much education, enlightenment and enjoyment to this TV wannabee. And may all of you have a safe, happy and healthy 2012. I hope to be back renting in TV in the early summer.

Schaum took the words right out of my mouth. I couldn't have said it any better. TOTV is a great tool which helped make my tranaction to becoming a Village People easier. I wonder if Santa reads TOTV.

I too wish everyone on TOTV a Merry Merry Christmas and an outstanding year in 2012. Hopefully our outstanding 2012 will include buying a home in TV, and I have all of you to thank for allowing me to do so armed with all the valuable information one could desire.
