These stores could ask you not to come in if you are not wearing a mask unless you fit into some category such as a baby or young child and they probably could request a medical professional to give notice about such a condition.

Probably will be some lawsuits to come out of this I expect.

About time.....I suspect they saw everyone else starting to get smart and decided to follow. Since Publix is privately owned they can make and enforce any rules for their business. I assume Costco and Walmart's lawyers have signed off. I doubt there is any individual or even enough to make a class action suit so there will be some yelling and stomping of feet in the parking lots and on here but lets hope the majority smile under their masks.

effective on the 20th, I was just there on the 15th and there was no sign requiring masks and MANY people did not have a mask on.
