You are so sensitive about everything it seems. I only mentioned the former President to make the point that it matters not to me what party, or whether I supported the elected President or not. My preference would be to discuss from a platform of truth. Whether it elevates my candidate or not, supports my viewpoint or not, is of little importance when dealing in truth. As much as I disliked Obama, I laid into plenty of people who I felt were spreading falsehoods about him when he was in office. Although I disagreed with much of what he did and have strong feelings about what he has done to our country by his actions, spreading unfounded rumors is not helpful in any discussion.

Your constant attacks about anything Trump, your unwavering support for the liberal media, and your sensitivity every time Obama or Clinton's names are mentioned make me wonder how much you really care about truth. You say you value truth, but you are a smart lady...you KNOW he lies and you know he makes totally false accusations, and he does those things as President of the United States.

My value of truth and morals will not allow me to tolerate anyone like that. It is a disgrace to our country and to the office he holds.

Believe it or not, we do have some common ground. Regarding Trump, I do believe that his life thus far has shown lack of integrity. I'm not so naive or foolish as to think otherwise. I very much dislike that he spouts off at the mouth and at times does not think before he speaks/acts. What I do like is that he has surrounded himself with at least some people who I respect and that appear to have integrity. It is usually a good sign to me when a person is not afraid to hire people who are better than oneself - more capable. When I voted for Trump, I was voting for a successful businessman who wasn't afraid to face and speak out against the establishment. What I hope to get in time is someone who sees the value in integrity and honesty and pray that he might be on that path with his selection of VP and some cabinet members. I do believe in redemption........we shall see. All I know is that our country is more important than any one person and if we don't make an effort to stand together at some point, we are destined to fall.

Now you can't tell me as a former conservative Republican that you have not heard or dealt with that before Trump came on the scene. Just say, I have been complaining on this very board about liberal media but this is different. Trump tries to use the media as he sees it should be, but he is a very very petty man. He attacks publicly which is extremely embarrassing but again, it is for show for his followers, but what he says and does is recorded ALL OVER THE WORLD. His antics at the Boy Scout Jamboree were on tape, yet he called it fake and people believed it. His accusations are so public and most importantly, broadcast around the world. He is not misquoted and never has a report ever been proven not to be true...NOT ONCE. His family does have private servers and are using them in the WH, but he simply calls it fake. He said how he would handle his finances and basically said screw you America and didn't do it....he is fighting with the ethic department constantly. I am simply referring to things that are obvious.

The media is not making things up. Each day in this country, as citizens we get up and wonder what our President did now. Hat a way for my country to live. He has no filter, no morals and is totally self centered. The media is for sure slanted left, but they are not lying about this guy.
