had to give an appraisal of him while he was alive and well.

Term limits for sure!!!!

Now let's watch the shennangans to get his seat filled by other than what the rules allow....which is 5 months and a special election. A politician even to the end when Kennedy made his special request of the governor a week or so ago.

Also from MA and am sorry for his family but he is a perfect example for term limits.
Never heard of Howie Carr but this is an excellent article. Read many of the comments also. Term limits to all the politicians for sure.
