![]() Yes they worked at the same club, but according to the owner, one worked inside and the other outside and they rarely (if ever) worked the same shift... There is ZERO evidence that they knew each other... |

No wonder thousands of LEO's are leaving their jobs, for the fear every day of having to kill a citizen in the line of duty. They DO NOT go to work looking for a deadly encounter, contrary to the belief of some people in this forum. If their worst nightmare becomes reality, they are immediately and uniformly convicted by the press, and by some members of the very people they are sworn to serve, before any opportunity to tell their side of the story. Anything they do on the job, every move they make could destroy their lives and those of their families in a heartbeat. The recent, ill-conceived prejudice against police officers - especially white cops, who are now collectively presumed to be racist, will have disastrous results. When all the decent, idealistic young LEO's are no longer there to be dragged through the mud, who will be left to choose from to fill their positions? I shudder to think! BTW, if you ask any LEO why they suffer the slings and arrows of the job, they will almost uniformly say they'd wanted to be a police officer since they were children. Why? Because they want to be heroes, to help others and save lives.

Numerous experts say Floyd's death was caused by "law enforcement restraint and neck compression". He died from oxygen deprivation. He died one breath at a time over an extended time period. And he was handcuffed at the time. The 911 operator was able to view Floyd on video during the call and said she thought her computer was frozen because the cop had his knee on Floyd's neck for so long. She was concerned enough that she reported it to a supervisor.

A private post mortem performed by Dr. Michael Baden, former New York City medical examiner, said that the cause of death was asphyxia, due to compression to the neck-which can interfere with oxygen going to the brain - and compression to the back, which interferes with breathing.
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner final post mortem said the manner of death was a homicide, and cause of death was cardiopulmonary arrest arising from law enforcement restraint, and neck compression. Both post mortems agree that death was a homicide. The police knew what they were doing could cause death, and they continued even past the time that they couldn't find a pulse. How could they continue kneeling on him 2 minutes after he didn't have a pulse, when he was handcuffed? If you watch the video, you hear him pleading, saying he can't breathe. His voice gets weaker, and weaker, until he is no longer capable of speaking. There is no way this cop is getting off without jail time. What he did was criminal. And that’s the reason the national media promoted that story. If the police kneeled on the neck of a white man and he died, you would have never heard about it. The media decides what you see and decides what you should be outraged about...

Floyd had stopped working at the same nightclub as Chauvin in 2019. He died in 2020...
