Thank you to everyone for the support. I have offered to remove and replace all curbing installed by us,at no cost, but the response was that the customer has elected to use another company to do that. I will let you know if that changes.

If you are talking about the curbing job you did for us..well it's still not fixed. Several emails, phone calls and no response from you for scheduling in May to fix your sub par job.

Can anyone give me a really good designer and landscaper that calls back--Sunscape Jeff is the worst---Need some help as i want to relandscape home i just bought in the Villages Thanks Herb

Used Jeff at Sunscape a year ago in April - happy with initial results but one European fan palm died that summer (was fine when I was here again in June, called to replace in fall, got back to me and was supposed to show up to replace (we were here for 2 weeks) later said just didn't have time, would replace in spring when we were back again (at my request as I didn't want to replace after we were not there to handwater initially).

Called 10 days ago, left message with office person (cell phone vm was full), haven't heard anything back so just replaced on my own from Home Depot.

Also was supposed to do quarterly fertilizing of lawn & shrubs, never came back after initial treatment last April.

Very disappointed, will not use again. They did do a nice job on the installation of a queen palm, 2 Euro fan palms and a large bougainvillea. Lost the bougainvillea due to freeze, but not Jeff's fault - was my choice of plant.

Yes!! They are reliable, excellent on trimmings, and weeding, and not at all expensive. I just posted my positive comments on another thread re Fernview.

Jeff, we were at our home in May 2010 and you never returned calls, emails, etc for the past several months to fix the problem. You stated that you would fix our curbing in May and you never called to sit up the appointment. We have been attempting since October 2009 to get you commited and you have ignored us completely. What does it take to get you to fix the curbing that you stated you would?
Note: On your comment above, you wanted to fix the curbing the next week after we left and wouldn't return until December. I'm sure you would want us to approve your warranty without seeing the fix for ourselves. We are trying to work with you if you would call prior to our next arrival for your warranty work. Next trip will be on 10/9/10.

We worked with Jeromy Finegan and his team at Advanced Curbing who were very responsive to our calls and working out a cost effective design. They did a great job in only 4 days.

DEFINITELY call Jeremy at Advanced Curbing and Landscaping. I started this thread just to recommend him. He's awesome. Not only does he show up when he says he will AND return phone calls, personally, but when you contract with him he gives you his personal cell phone # that you can call if you have questions, etc. His prices beat everyone elses, he had GREAT ideas for our yard and we too had our landscaping down within days. It's looking GORGEOUS and we're so very pleased.

I should also add that when we first moved to TV 4 years ago, we lived in Liberty Park and hired a Landscaper who totally scammed us in terms of what to plant & what he'd do. He never came back to finish the job, took money from some of our neighbors and NEVER came back, wouldn't return phone calls...I later read in The Daily Sun that he was arrested and prosecuted for fraud, but that didn't help our neighbors who lost thousands of dollars.

Similar bad experiances with Native Cuts Landscaping..1/2 down (non-refundable) no equipment to handle heavy trees, office manages sent us an email cussing and swearing...be very careful
