You say there is no denying that! Part of deciding if I (a complicated patient) should get the vaccine was based on a risk/benefit analysis my medical team did. As pfizer is being forced to release information on the vaccines, information they tried to withhold for 75 years, my doctors are getting quite frustrated and a bit miffed at not being given all of the information upfront. In my case it may not have changed the decision not to get the vaccine but in other cases they tell me it would have changed their recommendation to their patient. When you censor doctors for asking questions, have drug companies withholding results of trials you create more suspicion.

Default The Damage Done

The damage done from covid and the way it, and the mrna vaccine were handled by the government, media and tech has created long tern negative repercussions. Perhaps one of the organizations that will feel the greatest harm is the CDC. While we are seeing many revered once respected organizations lose the trust of the American people, I never thought the CDC would come to a similar fate. From the CDC giving money to a lab controlled by the Chinese Communist government, money that could very easily be seen as going to gain of function work, To Walensky admitting that they overhyped the vaccine and in spite of what she said publicly they knew it was not going to prevent covid, the CDC has lost the respect of the people. The FBI, IRS, WHO and CDC, once revered (ok, let's take out the IRS) institutions have been damaged.

Yet another debunked anti-vax conspiracy theory.

The American people were never told they would not get Covid 100% if they were vaccinated. That video posted up thread proves that and the poster who posted the video was attempting to show just the opposite. LOL.

GE.......please weigh in on this debate.
Sounds like a glass more than half empty.

Important to know your source. MSN, the daily dot rating is below.
LEFT BIAS
These media sources are moderate to strongly biased toward liberal causes through story selection and/or political affiliation. They may utilize strong loaded words (wording that attempts to influence an audience by using appeal to emotion or stereotypes), publish misleading reports, and omit information reporting that may damage liberal causes. Some sources in this category may be untrustworthy. See all Left Bias sources.

Overall, we rate the Daily Dot Left Biased based on editorial positions that mostly favor the left.

Fact of the matter is the FDA was trying not to release the pfizer docs because of what was in it. They were claiming it would take 70 to 80 years to release all of these documents. Impossible to do it sooner. Once the judge rejected their claim they magically were able to get it out. Judge scraps 75-year FDA timeline to release Pfizer vaccine safety data, giving agency eight months

I am angry and disappointed in the FDA, the CDC, to some extent Pfizer. What AMAZES me are the people defending them for slow walking the release. People who defend the lies. People who defend the censorship.

Why don't you have a poll, CB? Find out how many on here have had COVID. Just about everyone I know has had COVID and said it was preferable than the FLU. Of course, I can't speak for the ones that did not survive COVID. Although, the ones that I know that perished due to(?) COVID would probably had the same results if they had the flu. Just guessing, as they were all (2) in pretty bad shape to begin with. Both of them were already in the hospital for life threatening illnesses when they caught the dreaded virus.
I am glad you are on the mend. But, I do not know of anyone in my social/family circle that has not been test/diagnosed with the virus in the past couple of years. I guess I would be celebrating also if I survived an automobile accident in the Villages. Now, that is something to brag about, right?
Just messing with you. I am sincerely glad you are doing better.

Anyone else had the Covid? Congrats to all survivors.

Public service announcement: Get your COVID vaccinations NOW; they're FREE. And we know how everyone loves FREE stuff. Note: they may or may not protect you, but they are FREE and that's what it's all about, right?

For reasons having to do with chemo I was not vaccinated. Myself and an infusion center nurse I know who was also not vaccinated have not gotten Covid. Several of those I know who were vaccinated have had it more than once. A sample of this size means nothing. Something to think about though.

Both my wife and I have been double boosted and we both got covid from a close friend.

Thankfully it was a mild case and we are both glad we took the vaccine.
