Default Wondering about 2 things...

The first question I have is....has anyone tried Goga?? If so are you still doing it and have you seen any benefits from it?? When you go is it crowded?? Any details you can offer would be appreciated.

Also....anyone here doing "Wheat Belly"? I read the article in The Sun re: the man whose been doing it along with walking. I have friends who recommended the book. Wondering if you're doing it if you've found any benefits from it!? It seems to be a best seller...can't find the book anywhere as they're sold out. I have digestive issues...not sure if I'm celiac or not plus there are foods I can't eat or I feel sick.

I was in Barnes & Noble on Tuesday and they had both "Wheat Belly" and the "Wheat Belly Cookbook" right on one of the tables as soon as you enter.

We have tried GOGA. I do believe there is great benefit to the concept of whole body vibration. You may know that the concept was first used to help Russian Cosmonauts returning from long stays in space, to strengthen muscle tone and bone after living in a weightless environment.

We went to experience their brand of machine, as we were looking to make a purchase for home use.

We searched out and tried other brands, too. We purchased a Noblerex Platinum for home, are very pleased and we both use it every day. I prefer home use by far.

Each brand of machine is a little different. The GOGA machines pivot slightly in a circular fashion while vibrating ( the best way I can describe it) and that did not agree with me. I got nauseous each time. (5 different days)
But it may not affect you that way at all. You can 'sample' the GOGA studio without obligation.

Default Highly recommend Goga

I love going to the Goga Studio! The staff people are wonderful, and it's just a great workout. Another plus is that my insurance pays the monthly fee to belong ($45 senior rate). I always feel energized after each workout. Bone density is an issue for me so I'm interested to see if it is has improved since my last checkup. Benefits for most people include increased blood flow as well as increased bone density...other benefits are less obvious to me...but others swear by them.

Good Luck!

Wheat Belly: You can get the book at "All Booked Up" at the Colony Plaza shopping center. I just saw it on the shelf this (monday) morning.
