It's used in social engineering...getting people to buy things...They "hype" something, falsely make it LOOK like there is a lot of interest/agreement. This activates the "herding" instinct in humans to "go along". If everyone else thinks/believes/does it this way...I should too...ALL those people MUST be right.

Anonymity allows people to say what they really think when it goes against their "public persona".

You are not anonymous on Facebook and making comments on there often have consequences.

There seem to be little or no consequences on this Political Forum for CRIMINAL HARASSMENT. That is scary. Would you go to a hotel when in one room it is acceptable to verbally abuse another person and pretty much anyone who wants can see and hear what is being said?

I do and admit I do, but only to show what they are and what they are doing not only to this forum but to our country.

If we are going to simply going to allow it and not challenge it, they win.

I do not care if you are a conservative or liberal, if you are an american you have to stand up to these people.

Using their threads and posts to branch into ANY conversation except condemning them is wrong, to me.

They sit up all night watching these nutcases preach on YOUTUBE....basically anti government of any kind....these folks are anti everything and for nothing......they, to me, are fleas on the world....too lazy to read or investigate, and get their ONLY attention on here
