On a side note, have you seen the articles about newer vehicles with navigation systems and cellular capabilities reporting that type of information through the manufacturers to a database accessible by the insurance companies? (earlier this year I believe) Big Brother may already be in your car.

So, you never seen street legal cart going down morse blvd exceeding 30 mph? Youβve never been passed in diamond lane by cart going well over 25 mph in you car? I have, they donβt license golf cart to extra 5 mph they do that anyway. I once was passed by licensed par car going up morse blvd and I was going 37 mph. No LSV supposed exceed 25MPH.

Wait until someone pulls out in front of you and you have to slam on your brakes to avoid getting into an accident that wouldnβt have been your fault. Your insurance premium will increase because of hard braking, which is considered to be unsafe driving. There is no friggin way I would install that app.

What are you talking about. What are the criminal charges? If your caught going 60 in a 45 in your car, you get a ticket, that's all, there is no difference.

If you are caught going 25mph in a golf cart the charge is for operating an unregistered vehicle on a public road.

True, but when you think about it, it is an idiotic law. The whole point is for the state to collect that registration fee for essentially the same cart to legally go 5 mph quicker. It is NOT a safety issue---after all, what do you think is more dangerous?---driving 45 through a 15 mph school zone or driving a cart 20.1 mph on a MMP?
