Easy to move out. Still have to pay the rent until lease ends.

Just more $$$ to pay out to fulfill the contract terms.

Many other real estate deals like this. eg timeshares.

Rumors and more rumors. Rentals less than expected. Several people have moved out.

The OP asked for opinions of those who are living there. But that doesn't stop the Negative Nancys from jumping in.

They probably still pay Till lease ends, neighbor moved in October and already moving back after they have work done on there house. Which will be about 6 months left on lease. Sets empty till lease runs out.

I know of two. No negativity, they didn’t like set up. So if two more moving out that’s several Parking lot and hall ways walk too long. Other didn’t like all outsiders in the pool. They were first on list without seeing layout. Liked the concept but not the layout.
