never heard that one, but if I lived in that weather I'd be deep frying Mars Bars and lots of other stuff in batter. Gotta have something to live for besides golf in sleet.

I honestly believe Scottish rain is wetter than any other.
Should have tried trout fishing in Midge season. What a joy that is!
Wife and I actually love the place, and go every few years to tour.

I've never been to Scotland, and frankly, I believe my wife and my days of international travel are over. However, were I to make a list of the places I'd love to see, Scotland would be very high on that list. I'm sure it's beautiful, rain, sleet and all that comes with it.

We have been there twice on cruises and it is a beautiful place with lots of history.

And it does not rain all the time and when it does not all day

Can’t believe that any American could put a kneeling football player ahead of our flag & our Military. Please don’t tell me it’s only a football game, well their coaches & owners should tell their player to keep their kneeling where it does most good, in Washington! Or get rid of them. Come on people, our country comes first not protest or BLM!

Many of us enjoy watching the NFL games and will continue. We have a Choice and I choose to watch.
