I have a corner lot and do mind it.

That goodness I am entitled.

It just doesn't bother me. It doesn't bother me if the dogs pee in my yard either.
But that's me.
You are entitled to be bothered by it. You are entitled to react in a way I feel is over-reacting. I wouldn't have said that about your reaction if you hadn't invited my opinion with "your thoughts?"

It's OK, we are all different.

I am totally on board with this opinion. Another thing for the crabby to remember is if they get too bold with the wrong person they might get a “ country a$$ whipping “. Just saying

Based the easement and property line comments in other threads, I inquired about these factors;

1) was told that easement was for government and government-approved utility companies, but not individuals.

2) concerning property lines, was told that these are set for appraisal and ownership determination. Was told that certain homes had lines that were behind other's fencing and that accommodations for upkeep and maintenance must agreed upon by adjoining property owners. That was last part was clear as mud.

Not over reacting, imho. Small inconvenience? Someone has taken possession of your property without permission, and used it. Same principle as taking possession of your car, with out your permission, for a joyride then returning it to where they found it. Imo, you are trying to make light of a situation that to many is very unpleasant, to say the least.
Yes... Exactly the same thing... Said no one ever...

I don't think this was an attack at you. When people say Florida People, or Americans, or White people or Black people, I never think that means EVERY.

I kinda think this was directed at THOSE that DO let their pets pee/poop in a neighbors yard.

I invite anyone with a gripe about dogs to come live in Tamarind Grove. We've been here 11 years and have seen ONE dog on our lawn. Once.
Our dog, bless his sweet soul, was always walked down the middle of the street. If it was too hot, he was walked at night.
Sick of these assumptions that every dog owner is irresponsible.

Of course if they picked it up. Get upset about something that is important.

Pretty sure that if you clean it up, most people don't care...

Default Let your dog use your own lawn as a toilet.

Our dog uses our lawn only to do his business. We would never think or be so rude and arrogant as to let him pee or poop on someone else's lawn.

Sometimes they took us seriously, but usually they didn't.
You actually took time out of your day to go up to strangers and warn them about dog poop? Bwahahahahaha!

Like you I’ve had dogs in the past,
and never allowed them to do their business on others property.
The dogee do free for all,
was definitely a new experience for me
upon living here.
But alas, we have to accept that
there are many entitled, rude,
inconsiderate dog owners living inTV
that give dogs a bad rap!

If TV is like everywhere else I’ve lived, they own rights to your property close to
The road. In case they need to access sewer, water, and wiring of all kinds. So, in all reality, the dog does his business on TV property and not yours.
