I wouldn’t want to “rain on anyone’s parade” but backing up to a swamp/wet lands/conservation area and paying as much as $150,000 plus for a lot doesn’t “feel good” to me. Trying to say it discreetly. We have a friend who bought on Evans Prairie a few years ago, didn’t like the bugs and creatures, and moved later. Our friends said they even made money on their investment. Careful what you wish for but whatever you want to spend your money on and whatever you think makes you happy - just do it. Just saying...

Not strange at all. As they say, most Villagers buy 3 houses over time. A lot of those for sale are folks moving up or down. And this is s community of over 130,000 people. There are going to be re-sales. That's a healthy market.

Chitty Chatty is interesting because the lots are very different. Some are great but others were not. In some cases, there would be a LOT of space between houses. It made it interesting to look at the houses and critique them.

The walking/biking path around the large lake is very, very nice. We thought it was smart to have the MMP follow the power lines so the carts would not be speeding close to the homes.

We followed the MMP north until we got a very good view of the place where the new bridge will cross Route 44 and it looked pretty crazy. The new bridge will be high, and when the MMP comes downhill from the bridge it will take a sharp left turn, which could be dangerous.

This is the fourth time we have walked through C-C and it looks better each time.

Or they are going back and build like they did in the beginning, except not using trailers but instead they are doing it with sight built construction.
