You need to buy a box of masks and offer them to visitors even workmen. I know I would be offended if I wasn’t permitted to use you bathroom but more than welcome to work on your home. Truthfully, I would be concerned the quality of work would deminish if I told 5hem to go elsewhere to go. I had workers relieve themselves in my bushes..I wanted them to ask

There is an even darker problem with workers like grass mowers and inside workers. Thay can "case" your home for valuables and come back later or tip-off a friend who actually does the dirty deed. I had valuable tools + equipment stolen that were boxed up in an inside closet. The thieves knew when we were away and stole about $1,000 worth of equipment. This was about 6 years ago in the "prehistoric" Villages section. Do NOT think that just because you are in the Villages that these crimes do not happen.

As to a mask.....Houston wants to RETURN to shut-in, quarantine orders. This could (?) happen in the Villages if people do NOT wear their masks. Masks are the main tool available now after CV has spread nationwide. After the US's slow response to CV. Medical experts have stated that if 60% of the people wore their masks for 2 months, then CV would be under control.

COVID-19 has been found in fecal matter. It can contaminate everything you have in the bathroom, not just the toilet area, and they have shown that getting contamination from breathing it in can be a concern for at least 14 minutes.

I just wouldn’t have taken that chance, especially if I were to be having a surgery soon.

Dying of CV is said to be a torturous death. In Lake Co. (last I checked), if you divided deaths by cases-you get 4.7%. It was 4.3% for Fl. Fl. is undercounting its problem. Medical experts estimate that today, 50% of the people are CV positive. So, if you took the population of Lake Co. times 50% then times 4.7%, you might get a little more cautious and wear a mask. Of course I let workers use my bathroom.

I'm scheduled for a new roof next week and that crew will be here all day -- what are they supposed to do? I already feel for them doing such strenuous work in the heat. Plus residents at the neighborhood pools can be hostile towards visitors coming in to use the restrooms.

I've had a handyman in this month and I gave him gloves and a mask.

As for medicine thieves, good luck to them making bank on my statins, eye drops, and steroid cream!

Right or wrong, there is no answer to that. One must do what one is comfortable with. I am a bit germ phobic and I never like when strangers use my bathroom. If it's a situation where they are in my house for a period of time, I designate one bathroom for their use and when they leave I put a sign on the door so no one uses it. I then clean it two to three days later! Don't ask!! LOL

I ALWAYS provide drinks, food and full use of facilities. I ALWSYS pay with cash and i ALWSY provide a generous tip. I ask them to allow me to pay for their lunch. I am over 70, have type2 D. Heart disease and other issues. But I REFUSE TO LIVE IN FEAR and i refuse to treat others thae i invite into my home less than equal. You sir/mam mat follow your heart and as your GOD advise you

I would say yes then Clorox or Alcohol Wipe the bathroom and what ever they touch after they left
