Hi All
We are also new to Fernandina and located at 1420 Bokeelia Pl. We closed the last week of July after only visiting one other time in early June this year. We bought a Patio Villa that was furnished by the Villages design group. I have just under 2 years before moving in full time but plan to get back as often as possible. In the mean time we will rent it out to help offset some of the costs. We'll be coming in from Pennsylvania but both of us are really from Jersey. Let us know when they finish the rec center at the end of the block.

Our construction on lot #125 on Allaire Loop started this week. Our closing date is Oct 15. We have a cottage in Amelia for sale and will move to the new house in Fernandina the end of October. Very exciting and we're looking forward to meeting our Allaire neighbors!

Our design mtg isn't until mid-November, so excitement has been focused on studying floor plans, looking at pics of our lot and living vicariously thru our friends who are fortunate to be living there already!
