Best to you and Bill, Rona! Enjoy your stay, get all you desire, and fingers crossed for a speedy rehab of your home in NJ.

You can change lots up to signing the final contract at the end of the design process. They'll have to check that everything fits on the new lot.

A4, even though we are not Gilly's. We hope you get the lot you want in 210. We are also on the perimeter of a cul-de-sac and love it. My fingers are crossed for you. I would write to Jennifer Parr as well, you will get a call back from her very timely, we did when we had an issue before we began to build. FYI, after we put deposit on lot then found out later we could not push our sideways, only front and back. However, we are very pleased, Rich got a longer garage and we have great lanai for entertaining. Good Luck. Also, if you need a change in venue from the tent at Rusty's we have room too in Sanibel. We too like Oakwood for Bar-b-Que.

Jimbo, didn't realize you are now or will be in a motorhome. We RV'd for 20 years when our kids were small and my husband keeps telling me he will buy another with all the slide outs I want and travel the country or become beach bums. Not in my lifetime, he will have to do that with his 2nd wife. I am not leaving my house in TV.

Carol, your time is getting so close, you sound so excited and deservedly so. Beautiful home.

Calc, your home is just beautiful! Won't be long now.

Billl and Rona, exciting time with your design, I am sure you will enjoy, but if you are like me I stayed up wondering if my choices all matched and it would come together, which it truly did. Dont think the designers will steer you wrong.

Twin, much luck on your travels.

I am sure I didn't get everyone on this post, wishing everyone a great time at whatever phase you are in and hope to meet some or all around the first of the year.

You can see your neighbors foundation forms in the last pic. Oh yea, your outside fixtures have also been installed. Great things getting ready to happen at this house!!!

We just cannot believe how our life has changed over the last few weeks.

EVERY morning, before we do anything else, we now turn on the computer to see 'our' thread and see what has happened in the neighbourhood

Then we do it again last thing at night before going to bed!

It is absolutely mindblowing how excited and friendly everyone sounds and what a fantastic place it will be to live in, even for part timers like us, with our visa we can only stay for 6 months at a time, then we expect that we will be 6 months in rehab getting over it!

Even though we have rented a villa for a month from when we land on the 29th Nov until our closing, we are out today to buy a tent to pitch on the back garden, so that we don't have to waste time driving back to the rented villa from gazing at our new home every day until we move in - plus we might be a bit intoxicated by the excitment (and the Corona) and not safe to be driving.

What a thread this is turning out to be and what a fantastic set of people are on it, the waiting to get there is almost painfull

Not a motorhome, a Airstream trailer, the silver bullet, we've been RV'g about 6 years joined a club with 6,000 Airstreamers & go to rally's all over the place.
We really don't like the summer heat in Fl, so come May we'll hit the road for a few months - throw a dart at the map & go, still trying to get to Alaska not in '13 enough going on with this new build maybe in '14.

Not ours but this is the idea

It's really amazing how this forum has brought so many of us together, before we even move in.

But this little group numbers only about 30 of us in these very new units of Gilly Fern and a few others, there are several hundred that are out of the loop that will be our neighbors.

It's ashame they are missing all this camaraderie (and Corona parties).

The mitagation system is installed and the initial reading was 3.4 (has to be less than 4) compared to the 14.9 two weeks ago.
CLOSING IS BACK ON FOR DECEMBER 7TH. Life is good. Now all I need is the lot of my dreams

Ahhhhhhhhhh Jimbo . . . . . How the _____ are we going to fit the 4 of us and my cat in that Airstream for 3-4 months? I think I'm back in the tent. If Junction is going to pitch a tent to keep an eye on their build, maybe I can talk them into upsizing the tent? I wonder if their tent has a Lanai?

Not to mention my dog........did U say cat ........oh boy.

Pitch a tent next to Carols summer kitchen under the Lanai a better option, that ok with you Carol, and I can park the RV in your driveway

then we'll get thrown out

Boy-opened the thread this AM to see what was going on and you all have been VERY productive! What a group we are.
Jimbo, no problem with the Airstream at my place. Could we get it sideways in the garage? Wait! Calc has a full 3 car right? I just have the 2 plus GC... And I have already offered up the summer kitchen for the tent city peeps! Grill, fridge and sink. What else could you want? Wasn't someone of us putting in an outdoor shower? Otherwise we have the pools! And the rec center! we'll work it out between us so no one suffers. Lord knows we'll have some trouble hiding the Corona truck though. It could stay on Terry and Teryl's lot til they start, but we'll need Rusty there for protection!
Good luck today A-4 and I hope you get some good news. As I mentioned before and Linda as well, perhaps you can get in touch with Jennifer Parr and pull in a favor? After all, you are a very important peep

Sales rep called to tell me "NO LOTS RELEASED AT TODAYS SALES MEETING".

We're going to PLAN C. We found a "Rest Room" building on the golf course just north of 210 that we think we could squeeze bunk beds into. Should cut down on my nightly walking distance too.
