Keep up the good work. Everything you are going through is better than if you continue smoking. You will be very glad you stopped.

Quitting is a tough job and you are doing it well and with humor....good for you.

Watch the dentists around TV they see dollar signs every time you open your mouth. No more cavities to fill with all the fancy effective toothpastes so they had to come up with another revenue source...ie; root canals, crowns and implants...we do not all need Cindy Crawford smiles, just healthy mouths.

I have come to rethink the post-bans in ronda's case. She gets one credit for each week of being smoke-free until the completion of the third week.

We reserve the right to send a team of monitors to verify during the third week.

I took Wellbutrin, same thing as Zyban but my Pharmacist changed it so my insurance would pay for it. I took it but had to use the patch too. I cut some left over patches in half and used the half. I later got off the patch and used the gum along with the pills. Took about 6 weeks and I was free!!!! The pill had no nicotine and I did not want a cigarette but would shake and cry for not reason. The patch and gum got rid of that. So good you are dong so well. It has been almost 10 years for me.

Ronda you amaze me. I have heard not 1 complaint out of you since day one. You have kept a positive up attitude thru it all. What an inspiration you are to all of us who need to quit something. But its not gonna be TOTV LOL

Maybe TOTV could technically qualify as a 'support group'?

Perhaps we should list in the rec news as an official group :joke:
