I believe that was Molly Ringwald as Andie Walsh...

George??? George Bush? George Harrison? George Michael? George Clooney? George Washington?

Bright, one day if you are really lucky, you will meet both Clara and George.

When you do I want to be there to see how Clara and George react to you and you react to them.

They are both delightful, take it from someone who has seen them often.

1rnfl Bright! I didn't want to give away who Clara is, but poor George. I don't remember that being his name. Duh! Having many senior moments (or as my daughter says "she's on a senior recess" lately! ;D

Today I bought a Garmin nuvi 260 and I just love it. F-16 and others on here helped me with this decision. I highly reccomend this affordable GPS. I can drive anyplace now and not get lost!

After an horrendous weekend with landscapers and plumbers, I allowed myself to discover Cold Stone Creamery and am just sorry that I didn't purchase a large!

Today we took one of our grandchildren to Chunk-e-Cheese. He had a wonderful time and I enjoy playing the games also.

If you wonder how to celebrate a birthday, many years ago the g'children decided my hubby "wanted" to celebrate his b'day at Chunk-e-Cheese.

Since they were the planners they got him a crown from Burger King and his gift was a jar of anchovies to put on his pizza at Chunk-e-Cheese. They blindfolded him and gave him as many wrong clues as possible. The kids and I had a fantastic time. All we did was laugh. Hubby being a great sport went along with it.

Chels, that is going to be my new favourite expression: "on a senior recess", love it!

I know if I ate pizza every day I would become "Chunkie Cheese."

But, I don't think you meant that....didn't you mean "Chuckie Cheese?"

Bright I stand corrected. As Chels' daughter will tell you I'm on a senior recess.

Over the years we have only had pizza there once. That was the first time we ever went there. Since then we take the kids out to eat whereever they want to go. Then we go to Chunkie Cheese to play the games.

They do have an all you can eat salad bar that is usually quite good.

Nonie, neither do we have ac. We do have a whole house fan which helps.

Didn't mean to write something that upset you. Please accept my apology

I guess I am looking for something to say when I can not recall something that I know I know.
