I feel that if I have to fire someone, unless for gross negligence, it is my fault. I have never asked them to do anything I wouldn't. My whole point for my original post was to apologize and let people know it was an aberration not a regularity. Again I am personally sorry for Wednesday.
So then who was the woman that came to our table representing herself as the kitchen manager?
You seem to have many excuses.
We really weren't that upset but now stating their is no female in the kitchen and obviously she came to our table AND was rude makes your apologies ungenuine.

Bonnie, heard the singer say hello (he was great and came around to all of the tables during his break) and realized it was that Bonnie from TOTV.

Didn't want to bother you and also just wanted to get going.

I will say we all were surprised how empty the place was given the 2 for 1 burgers and the B/W event going on.

Ariel was wonderful. She got a big tip.
Oh, you should have said hi ! I think it was also a little less busy with all of the Halloween activity and parties going on. It is a little more challenging for them because they are on the other side of 44. I do know they are listening to the customers and are really working hard to succeed and give the customers what they want.
Hope you have a great night !!

Believe me my apology is sincere and I used your post as a teaching tool and motivation to pull off a successful day today. For that I thank you and appreciate you bringing the problems of Wednesday to my attention. While I have an idea of how the miscommunication may have arrived and who it may have involved, I felt it was better used to coach my entire staff and not single out one individual and ruin them for the upcoming shift. I am not making excuses for our poor performance, I merely was trying inform of unforeseen circumstances that led to our failure. I personally take the blame for the problems you and anyone else have or have had with my establishment. No excuses, everything begins and ends at with me and I accept that responsibility. I failed you on Wednesday, for that I am again sorry.

I learned that nobody is perfect, even not complainers. I came around the world and lived in many different countries and enjoyed the different kind of meals in these countries.
Nowhere I had really problems with the food because I had to learn that everybody was individually different, cooking differently….. and that was what I am looking for.
If I have a problem with the delivered food I would talk to the manager or chef, and I am sure that will solve the problem very fast and I do not have to use my computer.

I think he said he does not have a gal "running" his kitchen. Sometimes you have to cut forum posters a bit of slack as you interpret their words.
