Not to be rude but, if this is a show for deluded teenagers, then I guess it stands you feel everyone on here is a deluded teenager..or a wannabee deluded teenager?

Just like mikeandnancy I agree with your view. I've always kept up with the music scene and there are plenty of great performers and songwriters out there today.

If you missed seeing Jessica Sanchez perform her brilliant version of Jennifer Holliday's "I Am Not Going", the song that made a star of Jennifer Hudson, you missed a great moment in television.

I'll have to watch the tape of the show of Jessica Sanchez' performance.

I fully agree especially after watching Jessica in the highlites review...it was a spectacular performance, especially for a seasoned performer like Jessica.....oh that's right...she's only 16! What a future she has. Phillip is so unique but very predictable. Jessica and Joshua should be a fantastic show, especially if Joshua takes Jimmy's advice and cuts back on the screaming growls in every song. Gotta love 'em both.

Sad to see Hollie go. But it was probably her time. She was one of my favorites when the season started.

Anyone who thinks Phillips isn't going to the finals is...

Have you heard the way the girls in the audience react every time he smiles (which is way too often BTW). Those young girls vote and vote often!

Not as vocally talented as the other two but still the winner. And he might even have a great pop career in the style of John Mayer and Dave Matthews.

Judging by the last two cute boy factor winners of AI, you are probably right about Phillip Phillips. Personally, I never really caught onto his style of singing.

Smile Phillip Phillips

I think Phillip Phillips has such a different kind of sound then the others... Definitely should win.

I got to see the top 10 from last year in concert .... It was great.

Joshua and Jessica have great voices, but the only one of the three I can envision buying music from is Philip Philips.

Strong arguments for Phillip Phillips (whom I like very much also), especially the one about the screaming girls who vote the most, but if I were in Vegas I would still bet on Joshua and Jessica in the finals. If Phillip makes it, will Jessica go or will Josh?

Another case on Idol of voter rebellion against the judges who kept pushing Joshua with their standing O's and gushing praises, and coupled with a sharp critique of Jessica which was the only negative critique all evening to ensure she got voted off. But these voters don't like someone shoved down their throats and Joshua paid the price for the judges attempt to control the finals. Phillip finished with his best and deserves to be there, but Jessica has the best voice. Phillip by a landslide because of his huge female following. Judges should be replaced.

I watch both AI shows for the week on results night. I always fast forward through the judges (thank you DVR ). I will admit I look forward to Jimmy's analysis. I may not always agree with it, but IMO always interesting.

I actually had this week the same as the voters. I listened this week, asking myself if I heard that song on the radio would I listen or look for the next channel.

At the end of the show I felt that Jessica separated herself a bit from the boys but Phillip would be my second choice. Not sure if that is how the votes went, but those two stayed.

I think that Josh is an amazing talent, but FOR MY PERSONAL TASTE, he needs to pull back a bit.

Default AI

I read a rumor that JLO is calling it quits after this season.

By the way I agree with the assessment that Philip is in it to win it. Actually he's very lay back and it seems will accept whatever comes.

Very interesting that his two best songs by far this week were the ones chosen for him....

I totally agree that it was voter backlash against the judges for their obvious bias towards Joshua. I believe the final two are the two that should be there and I give Phillip the edge to win it.
