Everyone is aware of limited capacity for restaurants when they open. I am trying to understand this. Has anyone else seen the grocery stores. I understand that is very essential but it so bad they're now using signs to navigate. Hardware stores were deemed to be essential and are packed people falling over each other to get essentials? This looks like people just want something to do. These are insiders that are comfortable going to essential places because they think if it's open it's ok to go there. I am in the villages because I thought it was the best place to be for retirement. This is the biggest nightmare I have ever seen. I was told living here are buying a lifestyle and live like a millionaire. The lifestyle is shopping, golf?, games, eating and golf cart driving. This is all wrapped up in a bubble that gives the county and the Morse family the real lifestyle and definitely financial power.

I am perfectly happy living in TV and don't mind the government taking steps to keep me healthy. And I'm very serious.

I would have no issues with playing pickleball, but what possible logic would lead you to believe that a pool activity would have a higher risk factor?!? Being in a pool is the only environment where you are bathed in sanitizer. According to the CDC, not only can’t the virus spread in a properly maintained pool, they also state that the level of chlorine in a pool effectively kills the virus.

1. You are more likely to catch coronavirus by shopping in a supermarket than playing golf, softball etc (backed by science linked in OP) 2. Zero risk will not be achieved until herd immunity or production of 100% effective vaccine. (backed by science linked in OP) 3. Virus is going to keep rolling around the world for two years or so (unless 100% vaccine) so be prepared to stay at home for that amount of time if you believe outdoor sports like golf, softball etc are too risky. https://www.cidrap.umn.edu/sites/def...nt-part1_0.pdf 4. You are a hypocrite if you proceed to shame others for outdoor sports when you yourself enter supermarkets, which is far more risky. Last edited by GoodLife; 05-03-2020 at 07:38 AM. |

Please read more carefully. I said I have not stepped foot inside a building other than my home in 6 weeks. I continue to swim in my pool, catch rays, go for walks etc. I will start playing golf again this week because I have concluded, based on science, that the risk is very low.

It was telling that the media chose to focus on the 12 to 15 idiots dressed in fatigues with their rifles as "representative" of those who protested last Friday at the Michigan State Capitol Building instead of the several hundred average citizens who shared the poster's sentiment.

Wearing a mask is a sign of Submission, not Safety.

Take facemasks for instance. First they told us you don't need a facemask, they won't protect you etc. Now they have rules of mandatory facemasks in some places. Did the way the virus spreads change, did masks suddenly start working? Many government entities have made some very stupid rules. For instance, the State of New York made an actual law forbidding Nursing Homes from rejecting covid 19 positive seniors. How'd that work out? |

Saltwater swimming pools draw on dissolved salt in the water to generate chlorine. The salt cell or generator utilizes a process called electrolysis to break down or separate the salt also known as sodium chloride or NaCl in the water
