Scooter was tried, found guilty, and sentenced in compliance with federal sentencing guidelines - YET - Dubya suddenly woke up in Kennebunkport and decided that the laws don't apply to him or his cronies. Quite frankly, Dubya isn't capable of an original thought like this without Dicky Doo pulling the strings. Dubya, again, wasn't thinking as that would be a stretch for him (can you say Alfred E. Newman).

Dicky Doo made this call - MAKE NO MISTAKE ABOUT THAT!!!! Anyone who thinks differently obviously has their head up their rear-end. Dubya isn't intelligent enough to even understand the ramifications of this decision. Dick is calling the shots and, if anyone out there has even the least bit of interest, this is truly scary. When will this madness end??

He steals and destroys classified documents from the national archives to cover up Clinton's lack of action on Bin Laden and he gets a slap on the wrist. Where was your outrage about that? What about Mark Rich? What about Clinton's staff trashing the Whitehouse when they left? Where was your outrage about that? No WMDs??? How the do you know that hotrod???? Did the NY Times tell you that or was it Sean Penn or maybe Streisand? There was plenty of time to send them to Syria or God knows where. I keep hearing from the left about all the money that Cheney and Bush's friends are making in Iraq. Where are the facts? The left wing media in this country have been on a campaign since before Bush was inaugurated to undermine and in some cases destroy the administration, and to accomplish the same objective, they're undermining the war effort.. Where do you think the cowboy designation came from that the foreign media attached to Bush?? It came from our media before he was sworn in. The NY Times publishes information on a secret program to undermine the financial pipeline for the terrorists. Whose side are they on? If the left wingers like the senile Murtha, the incompetent Pelosi, and the enormously popular Harry Reid (Public approval rating of 14%) and their brethren in congress and the god awful left wing media would have gotten behind the president in the war, maybe it could have been a lot further ahead or maybe over with by now. Pelosi goes over to Syria and plays kissy face with them. They have to be laughing themselves silly. When we hear Al-Sadr saying the same garbage our media is, does it enter your mind that they are emboldening the enemy?? If we had today's media and the current far left liberals during WWII, we'd either be dead or speaking Japanese or German depending on which side of the country we live in. We have Edwards calling the war on terror a bumper strip war. Tell that to the Brits. By the way, where is all that oil Cheney is pulling out of Iraq? Maybe he's selling it to China, you think? Or maybe storing it at the ranch for future profits. Oh, excuse me I just said a dirty word, profit. Shucks, I said it again. Now the left is trying to shut down talk radio. Nude clubs are protected by the first amendment but talk radio is not? The ACLU sues when a school uses the words Merry Christmas. Where are they now on the Michigan University providing footbaths for the muslims so they can prepare for prayer? I thought prayer in public schools and universities was public enemy number one to the ACLU. I guess that's only for Christians. Where is the left leading this country? Looks like down the tubes.

Darbyduff, In ref. to your question I can only refer to the district as a whole which is pretty close to the numbers in the Villages. It stands at about 60/40 Republican. Hope that answered it. Thanks

All I have to say is George Bush is our president. He has taken more bashing and criticism then any president ever. I don't always agree with him but I really do feel he is the only president we have and I respect him. One of the problems with this country is the lack of respect for our leader. How do you feel this comes across to our enemies at a time of war?

I do not know who I will vote for in the next election but it most certainly will not be Hillary. My household always votes with the candidate who will respect our morales and be a man/woman of God. Where there is smoke there is fire and the Clinton's certainly have some smoke.

It's time that Congress starts doing their job and stop all this Bush bashing and get something done. We pay them huge salaries to do nothing but hurt our reputation with other countries by being so disrespectful. I think a good debate is fine but when it comes to bashing the leader of our country no matter who it is, it needs to stop.

We look like fools to our enemies and we only fuel their hate for us which is part of why we see so many servicemen and women losing their lives. I want a president who is not afraid of criticism, who wants to protect us at any cost including his own political reputation. I still have not seen anything of any substance to cause anyone to be so critical of George Bush. Everyone thought Sadam Hussein had WMD's. Everyone, including Hillary.

Has everyone forgotton 911? Let's get back to getting something done in Congress (the Senate and the House) and stop the childish finger pointing and name calling. Four fingers are always pointing back when a finger is pointed. I want our countries representatives to start doing their jobs and stop fighting like children and getting nothing accomplished when we need so much.

I disagree totally with George Bush on the Immigration Policy but I refuse to slam him because he is our president. I'll continue to voice why I disagree and hopefully someone will listen but regardless, he is my president.

Our country is suffering so much from Activists and Far Left Wing activists who have been responsible for taking prayer out of schools, for Porn, for disrespect for why this country was founded in the 1st place, for Professors so Left in our Colleges that it's scarry. We have got to start thinking about our children and our grandchildren and what all of this rederick is doing to them. We're all so selfish with our own needs that we forget what is important for the future. Our servicemen/women are hearing the awful bitter bashing that is being done over here. They are fighting for us and they need to trust they are doing the right thing. Say anything you want after they are back home but while we are at war.....................STOP IT! I get tired of hearing we support our troops but....................................... How do you think they feel knowing some over here disrespect their commander in chief?

I vote with my heart and always look at who Jesus would probably vote for if He were here. I don't think the Clinton's would be on His list. Enough said.

Thank you, Will. I just wish our representatives would get back to doing their job. I love debate but when we get called ignorant for our opinions I take notice. That is one reason I stay mostly to the right. The name calling on the other side is cruel, un-called-for, and just plain vicious. There is no call for this. The only thing I'm hoping you take with you is to take the message to our leaders that we want to see results where results are needed. If they spent half the time working on the country's problems that they spend on tv interviews and bush bashing they might accomplish a great deal.
